I am so happy today for this completion! I have done several of Bonnie Hunter's mystery quilts over the years and I have always felt good if I can get them finished before the next mystery starts. The mysteries always start the day after Thanksgiving.
This is called En Provence.
I used up allot of stash in this quilt. The only thing I bought was the magenta (dark pink) (1 1/2 yd) for this quilt.
I also used a king size cotton sheet I got at the thrift store. I paid $6 for it. This cotton is so soft!
I used the Whirly Gig panto with a variegated Superior thread.
I have given this quilt to Jenny. Just because!
I am still hard at work on the two labor intensive quilts that I am determined to have finished before Spring!
Keep on Scrappin!

First Completion for the year 2017!
I have my first completion for the New Year!
This is a Quilt of Valor.
I like this pattern so much that I will be making another one this year with a slight variation.
This is a Jenny Doan pattern from Missouri Star Quilt Co.
I used the Baptist fan groovy board for my HQ machine.
I love red, white and blue quilts!
I am now working on a couple of quilts that are more time consuming so I won't have a completion for awhile.
But I will Keep on Scrappin!

This is the 4th completion for 2016 and all were completed in January.
This quilt was the only completion for February but it certainly is appropriate for the month of February!
These two quilts are for March. They look great!
These two quilts were completed in April 2016.
Then there are no completion for over 4 months. Life happens!

This quilt was my only completion for October but it looks great!
My completion for the month of November!
All four of the above small projects were completed in the year 2016 but I did not blog about them until December 2nd.
This quilt was completed in December.
And this quilt was the final completion for the year 2016. There were a total of 20 completions for the year 2016!
